Philosophy

At the forum we will consider subjects such as:

• Why faith and values are important foundations for effective leadership
  
  
• The importance of developing inner strength and personal character
  
  
• The key character foundations of a ‘servant leader’
  
  

Young people will be able to talk at length with each other about their personal beliefs and the influences that have shaped them.

While we discuss the significance of faith and values at the Forum, we do not intend for it to be overly religious or sectarian. Attendees of overseas forums have come from many backgrounds - Catholic, Jewish, Buddhist and Muslim, and a large number with no religious background at all - and have found the diversity enriches the overall Forum experience.
