The Trust Manager reports to the New Zealand Leaders Trust Board. This is a full time position, based in Greenlane, Auckland, but with flexibility where required. The position is a 4-5 month contract role, starting asap, and concluding mid-August (a fortnight after this year’s forum, which runs July 26-29). There is the possibility of the role being extended and expanded. That can be discussed at the interview stage.
The Trust Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery and management of the Aspiring Leaders Forum on faith and values, held annually in Wellington. There is also some responsibility for organisation of other team and alumni activities. They are required to lead a small team of part-time staff and volunteers.
The role requires:
Administrative duties associated with the running of the Trust, including administration of the New Zealand Leaders Trust Board meetings.
Relational networking, team building and relational support to Aspiring Leaders Forum Alumni and team.
